HIV/AIDS is an issue that I have at heart, and I became aware and involved at the age of 16, volunteering with youth organizations that support people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA’s). I worked in many areas of peer education and counseling. I started experiencing what partnership means, and how important this is with HIV/AIDS. TIG is a great source of useful information, and it provides a platform for world wide interaction. Already I have made useful discoveries through TIG and I continue to do so, I have been able to voice out my opinions, grievances, publicize my organization and connect with other organizations with similar interests.
